Video Poker Low Pay Machine

in video poker, a machine that doesn't offer the maximum payout. For example, an "8/5" machine (a machine that pays 8 credits for a full house and 5 for a flush), as opposed to a Full Pay "9/6" machine. Some machines have payouts as low as 6/5.
